Councelling for One
A first consultation is a prerequisite where we agree on what issues you would like to work on. We agree on themes and duration for our therapy and we schedule meetings online via zoom. I recommend five one-hour sessions booked to give us time to explore the issues and patterns in-depth, your life is worth the focus.
